Okay, it is confession time. Over Christmas break I didn’t do anything. At least nothing related to training for a 5k, or a 1, 2 , 3 or 4k for that matter. Last night I returned to the treadmill and fortunately it still worked. My plan is to walk a couple of days in a row and then move through the training plan I’m utilizing at an accelerated pace until I’m back to where I left off. On the plus side I received some snazzy new shoes for Christmas that I was able to break in!
